We do not require you to create an account to use the App. We may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as:

2.3 Purchase Information

If you make in-app purchases (premium subscription), the transaction is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. We do not directly collect or store your payment card details. Purchase records (transaction ID, purchase date, subscription status) are managed through RevenueCat.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

5. Advertising

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These ads may use cookies and similar technologies to serve personalized advertisements based on your interests. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings:

• Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization

Premium subscribers do not see any advertisements in the App.

6. Data Storage and Security

Game data (scores, achievements, settings) is stored locally on your device using SharedPreferences and Hive database. This data is not transmitted to our servers.

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at boogalaapp@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete such information.

8. Data Retention

We retain analytics and usage data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Local game data remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear the App's data.
