The App is published by Boogala Games ("we," "our," or "us") and is available for download on Apple App Store and Google Play Store under the application identifier com.godomainz.boogalagame.

2. Description of Service

Boogala is a mobile word game application that allows users to play word-building games in various modes including Timed, Survival, Zen, and local Player vs. Player (PvP). The App offers both free and premium features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

4. User Account

The App does not require registration or the creation of a user account. Game data including scores, achievements, and preferences are stored locally on your device.

Refund requests are handled by the respective app store (Apple or Google) according to their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

7. Advertising

The free version of the App displays advertisements including banner ads and interstitial ads. These advertisements are provided by third-party advertising networks (Google AdMob). By using the free version, you consent to the display of advertisements.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, functionality, design, graphics, sounds, and code, is owned by Boogala Games and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
Any interruption or cessation of the App
